Power Output
The rate of doing work, calculated as force multiplied by velocity.
Power is work done per unit time, or force times velocity. In training, maximum power typically occurs at about 30-60% of maximum strength. Power development requires both strength and speed - you need force capability and the ability to express it quickly. Power training is crucial for athletic performance.

- Watts on bike or rower
- Power = Force × Velocity
- Peak power in jump squat
