Foam Rolling
Self-myofascial release technique using a foam roller to reduce muscle tightness.
Foam rolling is a self-massage technique that can help reduce muscle tightness, improve range of motion, and decrease soreness. It works by applying pressure to tight spots in the muscle and fascia. Roll slowly over tight areas for 30-60 seconds per muscle group. While not essential, it can be a useful recovery tool.
