Adductors
The inner thigh muscles that bring the legs together.
The adductor muscles are on the inner thigh and pull the legs toward the midline. They stabilize the pelvis during squats and contribute to hip extension. Wide-stance squats and sumo deadlifts emphasize the adductors. Direct work includes adductor machine and Copenhagen planks.
