Resistance Bands
Elastic bands that provide variable resistance for exercises.
Resistance bands are elastic tubes or flat bands providing resistance that increases as they stretch. They can supplement or replace free weights, provide accommodating resistance on barbell lifts, assist pull-ups, or add mobility work. Bands are portable, affordable, and versatile training tools.
