Medicine Ball
A weighted ball used for explosive throwing exercises and core training.
Medicine balls are weighted balls (2-30+ lbs) used for explosive exercises like slams, throws, and rotational movements. They develop power, core strength, and conditioning. Unlike other weights, medicine balls can be thrown, making them excellent for athletic power training.
