Form (Exercise Form)
The proper technique and body positioning for performing an exercise safely and effectively.
Exercise form refers to the correct movement pattern, body alignment, and technique for performing exercises. Good form maximizes muscle activation, reduces injury risk, and ensures progressive overload goes to the target muscles. Poor form can lead to injury and suboptimal results. Learning proper form should be prioritized before adding weight.
