Fiber
A type of carbohydrate that cannot be digested, important for digestive health and satiety.
Fiber is indigestible carbohydrate found in plants. Soluble fiber dissolves in water and can help lower cholesterol, while insoluble fiber adds bulk to stool and aids digestion. Fiber increases satiety, making it helpful for fat loss. Aim for 25-35g daily from vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and legumes.
