Dumbbell
A short bar with weights on each end, used individually in each hand.
Dumbbells are versatile training tools that allow unilateral training (one arm at a time), greater range of motion, and help correct muscle imbalances. They range from light (2.5lbs) to very heavy (150lbs+). Adjustable dumbbells save space and allow for progressive overload without buying many pairs.
