Compression Therapy
Using compression garments or devices to enhance recovery.
Compression therapy uses tight garments or pneumatic devices to apply pressure to limbs, theoretically improving blood flow and reducing swelling. Compression garments worn during/after exercise may modestly reduce soreness. Intermittent pneumatic compression (like Normatec) is popular among athletes.
