The Six Patterns

All exercises are variations of six fundamental movements. Master these patterns and you can perform any exercise safely.

Squat Pattern

Bending at knees and hips together.

  • Basic: Bodyweight squat

Hinge Pattern

Bending at hips with minimal knee bend.

Core/Carry
